Amanda Trombetta is running for Jackson Township Council because she believes our community is worth fighting for.

A proud mother of two, Amanda wants Jackson to remain a place where families can thrive, neighborhoods stay strong, and future generations have the same opportunities that made this township a great place to call home.

Amanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She has spent more than a decade serving in New Jersey state government, where she currently serves as a supervisor responsible for ensuring departmental policies, procedures, and practices meet all required regulatory and professional standards. Throughout her career, she has specialized in crisis response, critical incident stress management, employee peer support, and leadership development. She currently serves on a Critical Incident Negotiations Team and has worked alongside law enforcement agencies throughout New Jersey. Her dedication to serving others earned her the Commissioner’s Achievement Award.

In 2024, Amanda came within approximately 150 votes of winning a seat on the Jackson Township Council, demonstrating that thousands of residents are ready for a new direction.

Amanda believes government should listen to its residents, protect Jackson’s neighborhoods and open space, support strong schools and recreation, and ensure growth is responsible—not driven by developers or special interests.

She isn’t running to be a politician. She’s running to be a voice for the families, taxpayers, and residents who want honest, accessible leadership and a better future for Jackson.
